I’m writing to express my thanks to your removals team for all of their hard work today. They turned up early, were friendly and extremely efficient, a real credit to your company. As you’re aware I’m on crutches at the moment yet moving flat today was made effortless, a total quality service delivered by true professionals. They packed our things so professionally and thoughtfully, I could not fault their attention to detail. The moving day itself went very smoothly and the team worked incredibly hard all day to ensure we where packed and unloaded. Hi Kevin, Just wanted to say a big thank you for helping us move house last Tuesday in very cold, wintery conditions! The lads worked exceptionally hard across the two days, we where very impressed with their packing skills, literally everything was boxed up within hours and then the actual move itself was effortless as far as they where concerned. They even helped with putting beds and units together before they left us at our new home.

Please would you pass on the following, I’d just like to put on record our appreciation to your exellent MAC team. We had a large move to complete and not having moved for many years we where naturally anxious. However each of your team took it all in their stride with a friendly “can do” attitude which made us feel confident and relaxed in the knowledge that they really new what they where doing. With the packing, moving, loading and unloading they all worked extremely hard and nothing was too much trouble. Lucus and Mike are worth a special mention as not only did they work hard, but they showed their creativity in coming up with helpful suggestions and demonstrated exellent communications with us. Thanks to MAC our move wass painless and stress free.

’d like to take this opportunity to say how happy we where with our move. It was a big task to get us all packed up and loaded for storage and moving, and they all did a great job of getting it done. Your workers kept us as cheerful and un-stressed as it was possible to be during the upheaval, which is a truly remarkable thing. We where very happy with the sevice MAC gave us.

Just a quick note to say what a great job Shane & Lucas did when they moved us. They couldn’t have been more helpful and their attitude was so positive it made us feel that moving was easy. We had a stressful time just before the move and it was a huge relief to discover that they had such a “can do” approach to everything. They worked really hard and amazingly, managed to get our motorised king size bed up to the top floor of our town house, and somehow hoisted a large grey filing cabinet over the balcony on to the first floor. Please pass on our heartfelt thanks.

Just a quick email to pass on my thanks to the two guys that did our removal on Tuesday. They where both very efficient and polite throughout the move, helping us to get moved without the hassle of doing it ourselves! Even when the other crews turned up they too where very helpful and courteous. I will certainly recommend you to all my friends and family in the future.
